    LETTER FROM CUSTOMER:

    Hi Steve,

I am just writing to inform you that I have recently had the tribunal hearing regarding the wedding dress that was mishandled by the dry cleaner.

The dry cleaner failed to show to the hearing and it was heard in his absence, possibly to my advantage.

The dry cleaner was found to have mishandled the dress and has been ordered to pay compensation for the dress less depreciation, all dry cleaning expenses as well as your report fee. I think I got very lucky on the day.

He has failed to make payment thus far and it is now in the hands of the local court sheriff.

Although the compensation will never replace the sentimental value of my dress, it does hold the dry cleaner accountable and hopefully it won't happen to anyone else.

Just wanted to thank you again for your thorough report. It was the crucial piece of information needed for me to win this case and I am grateful I found your services.

    Best wishes
