Following recommended dry cleaning, this 'Cruise' artificial
suede jacket has extensive loss of the synthetic suede coating and
the synthetic backing material onto which the imitation suede was
attached has now become completely stiff and brittle due to loss of
plasticiser due to contact with dry cleaning solvent. It also shows
evidence of cracking and splitting where the material had been
folded. |
